Switzerland's dominance at the Alpine World Ski Championships continued on Wednesday when they won all three medals in the men's team combined event, with Franjo von Allmen claiming his second gold in Saalbach alongside Loic Meillard.

Franjo von Allmen and Loic Meillard led a Swiss medals sweep of the men's team combined to give Switzerland gold medals in each of the first three men's races at the World Alpine Skiing Championships being hosted by rival Austria.

Franjo von Allmen got a second gold at the alpine skiing world championships with the help of partner Loic Meillard when they led a stunning Swiss medal sweep in the team combined event. Sunday's downhill winner Von Allmen trailed that event's bronze medallist Alexis Monney by two-hundredths after the downhill portion but Meillard turned matters around in the concluding slalom leg.
