University of Oklahoma president Joseph Harroz, Jr., shared a photo on X of himself with Krystal Keith and her mom, Tricia, who was married to Toby Keith for 40 years.

Sammy Hagar, the legendary Van Halen frontman, and Keith's widow, Tricia Lucus Covel (Covel was Keith's given surname), hosted the 21st annual Toby Keith & Friends Golf Classic in Norman, Oklahoma.

The cash started rolling in soon after, with $25,000 being donated by Keith’s widow Tricia Covel, as well as another generous donation from a guest, another $25,000.
