A majority of House Republicans plan to avoid town hall meetings in their home districts during Congress’s two-week recess.

Organizers decided to hold their own town hall on Saturday in Geauga County after they say they did not hear back from their representative for weeks.

The groups Common Cause Indiana and Michiana Alliance for Democracy are organizing the event, to be held Monday, April 14.
