Los Angeles police are investigating a triple shooting near Vermont Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in South L.A.

Three people were shot by a bus stop near Exposition Park on Monday, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The shooting happened at around 4:10 p.m. at a bus stop at the corner of Vermont Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, according to LAPD officers.

The lawsuit alleges the city didn’t include street enhancements on Vermont Avenue mandated by the voter-approved initiative.
