CRPD says drivers should treat the intersection as if it were a 4-way stop until the box is fixed. Crews will work to fix it soon and there will be stop signs placed until it is repaired.

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - A crash at Wiley Boulevard and 16th Avenue Southwest impacted the traffic control box, which Cedar Rapids Police say caused the traffic lights there to stop working.
