Though 'The Materialists' is not yet out in the UK, Celine Song's next project could be a sequel to 'My Best Friend's Wedding', which starred Julia Roberts.

Wedding bells may be ringing for Celine Song, who has been tapped to write a sequel to Sony’s My Best Friend’s Wedding, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed. The project is in early development, and at this stage, Song is attached to write, but not direct, and would not necessarily be her next project.
