Fire officials weren't declaring victory over the 9.700-acre Crabapple Fire, as windy conditions increase the risk it could again spread.

Firefighters battling the Crabapple Fire that broke out Saturday afternoon amid gusty winds were able to get better control of the blaze, officials said.
