Shocking footage posted on social media shows the victim flailing in the water near Hadera on Monday as the sea turned red, with bystanders screaming in panic.

Footage shows what appears to be a shark attack just beyond the shore of Hadera. Victim's body has not yet been recovered.

Israeli police are scouring coastal waters for a man they fear may have been attacked by a shark in an area that's seen increasing close encounters between sharks and beachgoers.
