Two men turned themselves over to the Georgetown Police Department Tuesday as suspects in a shooting where the victim was lured through Facebook Marketplace. Dre’Quan Jeremiah Rhodes and Dy’Qatius Ty’Jah Armstrong were booked at the Georgetown County Detention Center.
