North Texas school districts are making decisions about whether to cancel or delay classes on Wednesday due to dangerously cold weather and concerns about hazardous road conditions brought on by an Arctic blast.

The school board’s discussion is the beginning of a long road toward shrinking FWISD’s campus numbers in face of declining enrollment.
