Jonathan Groff gave a bold performance at the 2025 Tony Awards. The actor ventured out into the audience during his 'Just in Time' performance at the 78th annual award show and straddled his 'Matrix Resurrections' costar Keanu Reeves.

Keanu Reeves was the unlikely but seemingly enthusiastic co-star of Jonathan Groff’s performance at the Tony Awards on Sunday.

While famous for his role in Glee, Groff also starred in the 2021 sequel The Matrix Resurrections, in which he played a rebooted version of the Hugo Weaving villain, Agent Smith. More recently, Groff has appeared as a guest star in Doctor Who, playing a time-traveling scoundrel named "Rogue."
