Anthony Edwards learned a lot from LeBron James and the other elders on Team USA at the Olympics last summer, yet more fuel for the bouncy, energetic and brash Minnesota Timberwolves guard in his journey to becoming one of the best players in the game.

On Sunday, the two stepped onto the court with a similar goal of winning, and it led to an intense battle. Edwards ultimately finished with 43 points as the Wolves won 116-113 to take a 3-1 series lead. James had 27 points and 12 boards while his co-star Luka Dončić posted 38.

After failing to win either of their road games against the Wolves, the Lakers are now down 3-1 in the series. Every game is now a must-win scenario, and they’ll have to beat Minnesota three straight times to avoid elimination.
