Unai Emery says he is yet to make a decision on signing Marcus Rashford permanently after he finally scored his first Aston Villa goals in the FA Cup. Villa have booked their place in the FA Cup semi-finals after easing to a 3-0 victory at Preston North End on Sunday.

With Ollie Watkins only fit for the bench, Rashford started through the middle and scored a poacher's goal to break his duck after Digne's square cross. His calm penalty that followed was a sure sign of a player whose confidence has been restored and he looks set to be a major player for Emery between now and the end of the season.
