U.S. District Judge Claudia Wilken ordered attorneys for the NCAA and other parties involved in the House v. NCAA settlement to revisit what it says about roster limits and tweak how they’ll be implemented.

Judge Claudia Wilken of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California issued a key deadline for the House v. NCAA case on Wednesday. Wliken gave the defendants 14 days to come to an agreement over the gradual implementation of roster sizes, or risk outright rejection of the landmark settlement.

The judge overseeing the sprawling $2.8 billion antitrust lawsuit settlement involving the NCAA and the nation’s five largest conferences has delayed final approval of the plan until it is modified to address concerns about roster limits.
