Liverpool head coach Arne Slot believes extending the contracts of Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah is reflective of the "amazing ambitions" the club has going forward.

After Mohamed Salah, Liverpool have extended Virgil Van Dijk's contract at the club beyond this season. Van Dijk will remain at Liverpool until 2027 as he signed his new deal on Thursday, April 17.
