The Oilers say they will miss "emotional leader" Zach Hyman, who won't play in the Stanley Cup Final because of a wrist injury.

Unfortunately, his pursuit ended early in the first period of the Oilers' 4-1 victory at Rogers Place during an innocent collision with Stars forward Mason Marchment. He immediately dropped his stick and bolted to the Edmonton dressing room, fearing a worst-case scenario that was quickly confirmed by team physicians.

Zach Hyman knew something wasn't right. The Edmonton Oilers winger had just released the puck crossing his blue line in Game 4 of the Western Conference final when Dallas Stars forward Mason Marchment caught him with a glancing blow in the neutral zone.
