CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Following the December deadly crash that killed a 4-year-old girl in Ashtabula County, changes are being made the intersection of Sexton Road and Clay Street.

The city of Cleveland and Cuyahoga County have released where warming centers will be operating during the extremely cold temperatures that are to come early Monday morning.

The lowest income in the United States for cities with a population of at least 5,000 is $37,500 and it can be found in Ohio.

The snow has stopped (for now) in Cleveland, but the bitter cold prevails. A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY remains in effect until 4 p.m. on Wednesday for Ashtabula and Lake counties. CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The 19 First Alert Weather Team has issued a 19 First Alert Weather Day from Friday afternoon through Saturday morning. The team issues Alerts when they feel the weather will be disruptive to your day.

Gordon Brothers' purchase of Big Lots Inc. was completed Jan. 9, according to a press release from the firm, but the agreement was announced Dec. 27. Big Lots filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in September and has already closed or sold leases for hundreds of stores as part of that process.

The advisory will bein in effect from 8 a.m. Tuesday through 4 p.m. Wednesday for Lake and Ashtabula counties, with the advisory for Geauga County starting at 10 a.m. Tuesday and running through 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Snowfall totals in the primary snowbelt through Monday will likely range from 3 to 6″. Snowfall totals outside of the snowbelt will generally range from 1 to 2″.
