Celebrities hit the FireAid stage Thursday Night to talk about the utter devastation of losing their homes in the brutal L.A. wildfires ... and thanked the firefighters who put their lives on the line.

The two-venue FireAid Benefit Concert was held in Los Angeles on Thursday night to help raise money for the Southern California communities affected by the devastating fires that ignited earlier this month.

A surprise Nirvana reunion was not on my bingo card for the night. The band weren’t listed on the line-up for the evening, but appeared near the end of the concert at Kia Forum.

Sir Anthony Hopkins left locals stunned when he popped into a fish and chip shop in his hometown of Port Talbot in south Wales. The Oscar winner, 87, returned to his birth place after losing his £6 million Pacific Palisades mansion to the Los Angeles wildfires earlier this month.

The “Shallow” singer closed out the star-studded benefit concert with a song she co-wrote for the show with her fiancé, Michael Polansky.

Some of the biggest names in music will come together on Thursday to raise money for Los Angeles-area wildfire relief efforts.

Avengers: Doomsday is being directed by the Russo brothers and is currently set for a May 1, 2026, release. Robert Downey Jr. is also playing Doctor Doom in the movie. The Recording Academy did not reveal the category for which the superstar will appear. Swift's 'The Tortured Poets Department' is nominated for album of the year.

Olivia Rodrigo, who was introduced to the stage by Miles Teller, said: “It has been so heartbreaking to witness all of this devastation in this incredible city. I love L.A. so much. I’ve lived here my whole life. I love everybody who lives in L.A., you guys are amazing. I find this place so beautiful and so inspiring.”

While the fires are largely contained now, the road to recovery for many is only now just beginning. World of music came together to lift spirits and raise money for those impacted with night of songs.
