Kiefer Sherwood has been arguably one of Vancouver's best players all season. He recently broke his eight-game goalless drought and has already set the Canucks franchise record for hits in a season by a forward. A player who finds a way to make an impact on a nightly basis, Sherwood's relentless effort could prove valuable against Winnipeg.

Elias Pettersson skated with Brock Boeser and Jake DeBrusk, and was more frequently self-matched with Quinn Hughes against the top end of the Toronto lineup. Frankly, Pettersson’s deployment patterns on Saturday more closely matched how the Canucks have utilized J.T. Miller for much of this season.
