The Model X comes standard with 20-inch wheels, with 22-inch wheels available for an additional $5,500. A new Frost Blue exterior color (about $2,500) has become a signature option for these models.

In the first quarter of the year Tesla delivered a collective 12,881 units of the Model S, Model X, and the Cybertruck, out of a total of some 362,000 units globally.

Not so long ago, Tesla aimed to sell 100,000 Model S/X per year. Now, Tesla is not even reporting Model S/X sales anymore, and they were estimated to be below 50,000 units globally in 2024.

Tesla's Model X SUV is nearly a decade old, having first gone on sale later in 2015. It's received only one major update since, for 2021, and has largely lurked in the background of Tesla's lineup.
