Harper and his wife, Kayla, have three kids and are expecting their fourth later this year. The couple's oldest kid is a son named Krew who was born in August of 2019. Then, they had two daughters, Brooklyn born in November of 2020 and Kamryn born in April of 2024.

Turner handed Harper a blue bat before his at-bat in the first inning. "He was just excited. I think he would be excited either way, but now he’s got two of each," Turner said.

Bryce Harper is always bringing something new to the field, whether it’s cleats, bats, arm sleeves or headbands. He carried a special blue bat into the batter’s box in the first inning of Monday night's 10-4 loss to the Giants at Citizens Bank Park.
