Two-year Washington Huskies standout Thaddeus Dixon is committed to first-year UNC football head coach Bill Belichick and the Tar Heels. The 6-foot-1, 186-pound cornerback revealed his decision to take his talents to Chapel Hill on Saturday afternoon and has one year of eligibility remaining.

Bill Belichick’s UNC deal is unofficially official. The former Patriots coach has yet to sign the five-year contract he agreed to last month to be UNC’s next head coach, CBS Sports reported on Tuesday.

Ever since Bill Belichick agreed to become the next coach of the North Carolina Tar Heels, questions regarding whether he would return to the NFL have surrounded him. Many have pointed to his buyout clause with UNC: $10 million if he terminates his employment with the school before June 1,
