Nearly 90,000 notices will be mailed to homes and businesses that are affected in Prairie Village, Fairdale, Okolona, West Buechel, and the Iroquois neighborhood.

South Holland will get $263,000, while $103,000 will go to Thornton, $176,000 to Country Club Hills and $79,000 to Homewood.
