Save the Wave Tackle Owner Andrew Crane said the idea started as a class project back when he attended Texas A&M University Corpus Christi.
The new station will be located on 14725 Compass Street where a Christus Family Medicine Clinic currently stands.
The two-day event is free and open to the public. Seating is available on the seawall steps. A DJ and a variety of food trucks will also be on site.
