Grace Baptist Church is planning to sell more than half of its property in Garden Grove to Brandywine Homes, making it the latest housing development plan involving an Orange County church.

Home Adviser Lt Gen (retd) Jahangir Alam Chowdhury yesterday said that people are telling them to stay for five more years.
