Jerry Holland, Duval County's property appraiser for the last eight years, will return to the Supervisor of Elections office, a position he held for 10 years, from 2005-2015.

The district said updating boundaries would help ensure there is balanced enrollment among all schools, preventing too many students from being assigned to one.
