They say dry conditions and wind helped an outside burn pile turn into an out-of-control brush fire. It happened on Spear Street at about 4:30 p.m. Four fire departments got it under control.

Baltimore City fire officials told 11 News that crews were called shortly after 9:30 a.m. to West Camden and South Eutaw streets, where they found a manhole cover dislodged. No injuries were reported.
