Lebanon has banned Disney’s Snow White remake from playing in cinemas because Israeli actress Gal Gadot, one of the film’s stars, is on the country’s boycott list. Ahmad Hajjar, Lebanon’s Interior Minister, recommended the ban, according to local newspaper An-Nahar.

Disney’s live-action “ Snow White ” has been banned from playing in movie theaters in Lebanon due to the presence in the film of Israeli actress Gal Gadot, who plays the role of the the Evil Queen.
