Bridging the Gaps of Arkansas threw its first baby shower and health fair for the Texarkana community on Saturday at the Arkansas-side recreation center.

You can't go wrong with giving greeting cards with baby gifts, but there's a wonderful new twist on the gifting tradition.

The baby shower gave Williamsburg-area mothers resources as well as education on pregnancy health and wellness.

The Ultimate Baby Shower will return for its seventh year of offering a day of celebration, resources, and support for new and expecting mothers in Statesboro on Saturday, April 26.
