Megyn Kelly hires former Trump coms director Hope Hicks to help expand her media empire
Hope Hicks is President Donald Trump’s former communications director and has previously worked at Fox Corp., but now her resume will boast a position as Devil May Care Media’s chief operating officer (COO). The company “encompasses [Kelly’s] popular podcast, YouTube show, and other verticals,” according to The Hill.
She grew up in Greenwich, Conn. According to a profile in her hometown Greenwich Magazine, in 2002, Hicks and her older sister Mary Grace landed a modeling gig for Ralph Lauren.
A former Ralph Lauren fashion model and public relations pro who worked for Trump’s daughter Ivanka, Hicks, 29, had no political background when Trump asked her to serve on his campaign.
