The Balong 5000 is a multi-mode modem supporting 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G and will be used in anything from smartphones to cars. Its first application is in the Huawei 5G CPE Pro router.

Huawei has announced its new Balong 5000 chipset which will work across a range of devices with support for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks providing end users with compatibility across networks.
