A plot of land that has been empty for decades after a plan to build a highway fell through is now home to dozens of affordable housing units in New Haven.

The crash happened between Exits 27A and 26. There are no reports of injuries at this time. I-95 has reopened after a crash shut down three lanes on the southbound side of the highway early Monday.
