Kevin Costner has revealed that he's making a new docuseries that will explore the history of America's wild west.

Luke Grimes is embarking on a brand new chapter. Following his six-year stint in Yellowstone, the actor is slated to star in Eddington – a contemporary Western comedy directed by Ari Aster.

Kevin Costner's Wild West, a new eight-part History channel documentary series premiering May 26, will share "the real story of our wild past," the Oscar winner says in the new trailer.

“That was close; that was a lot about me,” Russell recalled to Cigar Aficionado of Bull Durham slipping through his grasp.
