The city of New Rochelle will hold its Pride Festival on Saturday, June 7, from 2 to 7 p.m. at Anderson Plaza downtown. This year’s Pride festival, like last year’s, is carnival-themed. Attendees can play carnival games, eat treats from food trucks, visit LGBTQ+ vendors, see performances and more.

While Saturday’s event is indeed a celebration of Greater Cleveland’s LGBTQ community, its history is also rooted in protest – a particularly important distinction in 2025, amid legislative attacks both federally and at the state-level.
