A missing Wilmington teenager diagnosed with autism is safe after New Hanover County school bus staff helped police locate the 14-year-old.

Wilmington Police are searching for a missing 14-year-old boy who was last seen in the 400 block of Racine Drive.

According to the Wilmington Police Department (WPD), Williams was reported missing at midnight on April 24. Officers searched for him in and around the 400 block of Racine Drive from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m.
