A Franklin County deputy was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly ran a red light and fled an officer at speeds over 100 mph in a 45 mph zone, according to a criminal complaint.

Robert Lampkin was charged with failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer, which is a third-degree felony.
