PowerPoint allows you to save the organization chart with your presentation in PPT or PPTX or any other format. Or, you can also choose to export an org chart to a separate image file.

Switch to PowerPoint. Press "Ctrl-N" to create a new presentation, or open the presentation and specific slide to which you want to add the chart.
