The 44th annual SCAD Sidewalk Arts Festival featured designs from students and alumni. They filled more than 800 sidewalk squares around the park with colorful chalk drawings. Artists had from 11 a.m.
About 50 volunteers painted the sidewalks to welcome people to the corner of Jefferson Street and Rosa L. Parks Boulevard.
