College Park parents can get a discount on their August utility bills if their kids are present for the first six days of school — a move to boost early attendance.

Enrollment is open for Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) in Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District 191. VPK is a free or low-cost, preschool program available at all District 191 elementary schools.
