ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia — Ethiopia’s prime minister said Thursday that his country’s controversial power dam on the Nile has been completed.

Ethiopia's Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed said a multi-billion-dollar mega-dam on the Blue Nile that has long worried neighbouring countries is complete and will be officially inaugurated in September.
