Both were arrested at the scene and taken to the Sumter County Detention Center. Bell was denied bond and Brown was released on a personal recognizance bond of $647.50.

Dow was transported to the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center, where he is being held without bond. Deputies say the investigation remains ongoing.

Smith was taken to the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center and is awaiting a bond hearing. The case is under investigaton.
