Texas A&M coach Mike Elko takes the podium on Thursday during the final session of SEC media days. We'll see if the Texas fight song doesn't accidentally play as he strides to the stage.

However, it got people wondering if, to make up for it, Aggies head coach Mike Elko would walk out to the Longhorn's fight song. As he took the stage, "The Eyes of Texas" was not queued.

As captured by Texas A&M beat writer Travis L. Brown, and later shared by On3, Sark marched out to the Aggies’ fight song, not the Longhorns’.

For the uninitiated, the War Hymn has been the unofficial fight song of A&M for over 100 years now, since J.V. "Pinky" Wilson wrote the lyrics while holed up in a trench in France during World War I.
