You may have heard that the Texas Rangers have more power than other law enforcement agencies, even the FBI. But is it true?

AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Texas Department of Public Safety and the Texas Rangers are asking for the public’s help to identify any additional victims related to an ongoing sexual assault investigation.
