The Carlisle Borough Council voted to change four parcels along East High Street from C2 shopping center/mixed use to urban mixed use during their meeting Thursday evening.

Downtown Investment Authority will set aside $4.5 million for Synder Memorial Church and $12 million for Riverfront Plaza tower in Laura Street area.
