Spencer’s crew returned Friday after supporting the Homeland Security Task Force – Southeast (HSTF-SE) and Operation Vigilant Sentry (OVS) in the Florida Straits.

The service unveiled its new Coast Guard Force Design 2028 this month to revamp the service’s organizational structure, personnel, acquisition and contracting, and technology.
