Quilters in Arkansas are honoring veterans with handmade quilts, with hopes of bringing comfort and peace to those in need.

The Appalachian Quilters Guild will hold its second annual Quilt Show Saturday, April 12, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Big Stone Gap Visitor Center.
