The Wellesley girls indoor track and field team has gone through a lot of changes over the last eight years. But what hasn’t changed is its ability to win at a high level. The Raiders proved it on Thursday at the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston.

Wellesley didn't win a single individual event at the D2 indoor track championship. That didn't stop the Raiders from continuing an impressive streak.

The Raiders' eighth straight crown came despite only winning the final two events of the night, the 4x400- and 4x800-meter relays. Algonquin won by a point when Peabody dropped the baton on the final relay.
