The Vanderbilt (20-10, 8-9) were riding a wave of momentum entering Tuesday's contest against the Arkansas (18-12, 7-10) but the wave broke against the shores of Razorback desperation as the Hogs won in Memorial Gymnasium 90-77.

Vanderbilt basketball lost to Arkansas, 90-77, in its home finale Tuesday at Memorial Gymnasium. The loss falls in Quadrant 2 for Vanderbilt, as the Razorbacks are ranked No. 47 in the NET. It's the Commodores' second loss outside Quadrant 1 this season.
