In-N-Out has filed a lawsuit against YouTuber Bryan Arnett for a prank video where he impersonated an employee and made inappropriate comments.

In-N-Out Burger has had enough with a YouTube prankster and is taking him to court over a bizarre video uploaded to his channel.

Per the docs, In-N-Out requested Arnett pull down the videos; when he didn't, they filed suit. After the lawsuit was filed, the video -- and another in which he allegedly referenced the legal action -- was set to private.
