A report says Samsung is looking to launch open-ear wireless earphones to join its growing Galaxy Buds collection.

Samsung’s offering up to $150 off with an eligible trade-in, or a straight $40 discount without trade-in. For brand new flagship earbuds that just hit the market, this is a solid deal that brings them in line with other premium options.

However, its Galaxy Buds tend to be quite popular among both Galaxy device users and the general public. Its latest releases in the segment are the Galaxy Buds 3 and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. That said, Samsung could surprise this year by announcing open-ear bone conduction earphones.

The first is new Galaxy Buds 3 settings, found within the rejigged One UI 7 Quick Settings panel. Basically, you'll no longer have to fire up the Galaxy Wearable app in order to tweak your Buds’ settings – you’ll now be able to do it right from Quick Settings. Less clunky!

Samsung is reportedly planning to launch bone-conduction headphones alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7.
